Merit offers white masterbatches made of high quality titanium dioxide in various loading with polymer as per application requirement. It is available with different loading of titanium dioxide from 30% to 70%. White masterbatches are available for blown film, injection molding and woven sack application.
Merit offers wide range of black masterbatches with 30% to 50% carbon black pigment processed in state of art machinery which gives excellent dispersion and jetness.
Filler masterbatch are manufactured by using micro fine calcium carbonate powder with special dispersion additives. It is specially produced for use in Raffia woven sack, liner, blown film, plastic furniture and blow moulding products. Merit produces 20000 MT per annum furniture filler made of combination of calcium carbonate and magnesium silicate with polypropylene having excellent flexural and impact properties.

In the case of agricultural or horticultural films, the fog will reduce light transmission, resulting in slower plant growth, delayed crop maturity and reduced crop yield per plant. In the case of food packaging films, the fog (water droplets) can reduces the quality of the food and also reduce the clarity of the packaging. In both above cases this Antifog MB gives best results.
